Your credit card will be charged a $398 setup fee, which includes a lifetime system license, 200 points (sends 100 cards) and 7stamps and a personal handwriting font and four signatures (normally $50).  You will also be charged $31 per month, which will give you 100 points a month (sends 50 cards) and lower your per card cost to only $0.62.
